Correct cleaning and use provided, the approved service life is 3 years from the first use. There is basically no time limit for the stainless-steel clips. Their lifetime depends on the frequency of use (material fatigue).

GynoPrep®
GynoPrep® offers safety!
In the conventional Pap smear, the cell material is transferred directly to the slide. This allows cells to overlap. In addition, contaminants such as blood and mucus can complicate the diagnosis. GynoPrep® fixation solution prepares the smear for optimal diagnostics! Blood and mucus are e.g. reduced.
In addition, special components of the GynoPrep® fixation solution ensure that the cells are nicely arranged next to each other.
All this allows a simpler and safer diagnosis.
